Welcome to Cart Right ("the App"), a shopping list collaboration app developed by Levitica ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Cart Right, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts and Authentication
To use Cart Right you must create an account by signing in with one of the supported third-party authentication providers:
- Google Sign-In
- Sign in with Apple
- Facebook Login
We use these providers solely to verify your identity and create your Cart Right account. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from the provider. We do not receive or store your password, and we do not access your contacts, social graph, posts, or any other information beyond what is necessary to authenticate you and personalise your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the third-party account you use to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under your Cart Right account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at levitica.apps@gmail.com.
Your use of Google, Apple, and Facebook sign-in is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies:
3. Use of the App
You agree to use Cart Right only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or shared lists
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App or its underlying services
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others
- Use the App to send spam or harass other users
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the shopping lists, items, and other content you create in Cart Right. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and sync your content solely for the purpose of operating the App and enabling collaboration with users you choose to share lists with.
5. Account Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by following the instructions on our Account Deletion page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms other users or our services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Cart Right is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the App at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levitica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
